Jarrad’s wealth of experience in financial services is specially geared towards wealth creation, self-managed superannuation, insurance and finance advice.
Addison Grinham
Addison is a Chartered Accountant who enjoys providing efficient, effective and insightful business solutions to his clients. Addison is to the point and will distil complex issues to deliver outcomes in an easy-to-understand manner that adds value to his client’s business and personal lives.

Leon has over 28 years’ experience in accounting and navigating the Australian taxation environment.
Narissa Zajdlic
Narissa joined Qi Wealth in 2015 after taking a short career break which took her through Europe, along the Caribbean, and down to South America.
Lauren Phelps
Lauren started her career in financial services at Qi Wealth in 2012 as a paraplanner and now manages the financing arm of the business.
Krystal Day (Mat leave)
Krystal transferred her extensive customer experience and retail management skills to Qi Wealth and financial services in 2015.
Lily Hong
Lily Hong has over 7 years’ experience in accounting and taxation. She has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Certified Practising Accountant.
Devon Fury
Devon moved to Sydney from Singapore where he specialised in derivatives. With heavy experience in financial services Devon now works as one of our accountants.
Claudia Gill
Claudia is from Adelaide, with a background of hospitality and the arts.
She is the face of Qi Wealth and the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.
Lily Duan
Lily has over 8 years’ experience in accounting and taxation, focusing on financial reporting and taxation for companies, trusts and individuals.
John Ngo
John joined Qi Wealth in early 2018 as an Accountant. He graduated with Distinction at the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS), for his Bachelor of Business after completing his foundation studies at UTS Insearch.
Stephen Hawkins
Stephen joined the team at Qi Wealth in 2021. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business from UTS.
Haley Vu
Haley has a Bachelor of Commerce (Dean’s Scholar, majoring in Accountancy) from the University of Wollongong. She is currently a CPA associate.
Tobi Tan
Tobi joined Qi Wealth in early 2021. With 2 years of experience in compliance, accounting, and bookkeeping, she is currently honing her skills in the self-managed superannuation space.
Andrew Lim
Andrew Lim is a highly experienced Certified Financial Planner (CFP) who has spent over 15 years working in the financial services industry. He is passionate about helping corporate and private clients achieve their personal and financial goals.
Vivienne Phan
Vivienne joined Qi Wealth in September 2023 as our internal accountant. She holds a master degree of professional accounting from UTS, and is currently studying for a CPA qualification.
